Zija Terminology

Retail Commission
Paid out when you sell Zija to other people who do not qualify for wholesale pricing. You'll either earn a $5 or $15 commission on each case of Zija you sell. Paid weekly.

FastStart Commission
This commission pays out 45% on 5 levels and is earned by Active Distributors of any rank and is based on the sales volume of the first order made within 30 days by new customers or distributors. Paid weekly.

Unilevel Commission
This commission pays out 46% on 9 levels and is earned from the ongoing sales made by Customers and Distributors after the first FastStart purchase. The amount you are qualified to receive is based on your rank, which dictates the number of levels for which you are paid. Unilevel uses Real Compression in calculating commissions. Paid monthly.

Builder"s Bonus Pool
This pool is divided on a pro-rata basis amongst the top Active Distributors, based upon their personal FastStart sales volume generated during that month. The pool is funded by the FastStart commissions that were not earned by other Zija Distributors. Paid monthly.

Rapid Growth Bonus
Rewards Active Distributors with bonus checks for meeting specific rank qualifications within set periods of time. It's paid in the 4th, 6th, 9th, 13th, and 19th months after enrollment to qualified Directors, Senior Directors, and Executive Directors.

Executive Director Bonus Pools
Three pools of money are funded with up to 4% of Zija's gross product sales. It's paid out on a pro-rata basis to qualified Executive Directors (ED). Paid quarterly.

Unlimited FastSart Bonus
Each week we reward a qualified ED with either 1%, 2%, or 3% of the FastStart sales that have been generated in unlimited legs and levels within each ED organization. Paid weekly.

Unlimited Unilevel Bonus
Each month we reward a qualified ED with either 1%, 2%, or 3% of the UniLevel sales that have been generated in unlimited legs and levels within each Executive Director's organization. Paid monthly.

Real Compression
When a Distributor chooses not to qualify for Unilevel, their entire downline within the respective leg rolls up into their position for calculating commission payout.


Zija Unilevel Commissions
With Zija Unilevel Commissions, 46% of the real dollars paid for the product is returned to our business partners in up to nine levels of an organization. The leaders needed to qualify for your level of compensation can be found anywhere within three levels of your position. So instead of just building your business based upon who you know, you can also build upon who they know — and who they know.

In fact, we take it even a step further. We know that real people should be able to build their business with real, everyday partners. Not everyone has the same fire and drive, but all can succeed with Zija. So your leaders' levels of achievement don't need to be a carbon copy of yours for you to completely maximize your efforts. Rather, they are a realistic mix of leaders achieving success at realistic levels. And if someone misses the mark in their efforts, we'll dynamically compress the whole organization for you so that you get the most you can out of your work.

Unilevel allows you to place customers and distributors on whatever level you choose.  If you want everyone on level 1, that is fine.  If you only want to build through level 3, that is okay too.

 

Zija FastStart Commissions
What is FastStart?
FastStart is a bonus opportunity to help you attract serious business builders, generate faster rewards, and strong incentive for building activity. A FastStart for both you and your Zija organization. Whenever someone becomes your customer, ZIja will award up to 45% of their initial purchase made in the first month.

How long does FastStart last?
As long as you introduce new customers, you will have FastStart Volume paid under the FastStart program.

How do I Qualify for FastStart?
To be eligible for FastStart commissions you must be on ARP Advantage, the auto receive program where your case of Zija is automatically shipped to you every month. 

FastStart Builders Bonus Pool
The Builders' Bonus Pool ensures that the total 45% FastStart commissions are distributed, and is paid every month to the top new business builders (those signing up the most new customers/distributors) from unearned FastStart Commissions.

Executive Director Bonus Pools
Zija rewards achievement like no other company. Our Executive Directors each receive a pro rata share of 2% of the gross company product revenues as a reward for leading their team to succeed. That's in the ED100 Pool. As the Executive Directors continue their leadership and achieve even more success, they also get to participate in the ED200 Pool and the ED400 Pool. That's an additional 1% per Pool paid on the same pro rata principle.

Pay Days
FastStart and Retail Commissions are paid weekly, and Unilevel Commissions are paid monthly. So you can earn five checks a month. The Executive Director Bonus Pools pay quarterly.

 

Why are there both a Recruiter and Sponsor?
Allowing for both a Recruiter and a Sponsor provides you flexibility on how to structure and build your organization. When you recruit a new Distributor and place them on you first level, you are both the Recruiter and the Sponsor, and as such receive both the Recruiter and Sponsor FastStart commissions.  If you place them elsewhere in your organization, to help build their organization, you become the recruiter and the Distributor the new Distributor is placed under becomes the Sponsor.  The commission is then split between the you and the sponsoring Distributor.  Helping build the organizations of a Distributor in your downline results in building your own Zija organization at the same time.

An organization that is both wide and deep provides current and long term monetary benefits.  You can recruit and place new Distributors where they will best benefit your organization.  Place them on your first level, listing yourself as both the Recruiter and Sponsor, or place them elsewhere in your organization to help other Distributors who will be listed as the Sponsor.  This flexibility yields the maximum benefits for your recruiting efforts.


What is the Cost to become a Zija Distributor?
The Distributor Enrollment Fee is $41.90 (includes shipping/handling). You will receive the Distributor kit which includes order forms, new representative forms, various marketing brochures, the Miracle Tree book by Monica Marcu, plus other aids to help you in your business, including free website to help grow your business.
